Our products are covered by guarantees in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. These guarantees cannot be excluded and include the following rights:

• Major Failure: You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product, as well as compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
• Repairs or Replacements: If the product is of unacceptable quality but does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced.

A major failure includes, but is not limited to, products that are significantly different from the description provided or are unsafe or unfit for their intended purpose.
